Equipment

Info

Subbuteo equipment is available in sets which contain everything you need to get started, or individually in different qualities for beginners to experienced players.

Obtaining Subbuteo equipment, or any brand of table soccer equipment, is a little more complex than walking into your local toy store. However the online retailers have a great reputation for speedy delivery and good service. All three sites are deemed secure for credit card ordering.

MiSTFA founder Mike Ewer ordered equipment for the PTSL and personal use from three "e-tailers":

Subbuteo brand teams were ordered from World Table Soccer. Their site gives you images of every product they sell, including JPG format pages showing the teams grouped in their leagues or regions. We ordered 6 teams, using their 5-team discount rate. Although based in Canada the shipment was from Scotland and arrived by air mail within 7 days of ordering. Unfortunately they no longer stock Subbuteo brand equipment.

For our new pitch we went with the Woodentop Prima from TableSoccer.net. Their site is a little more primitive. The Prima pitch was delivered via registered air mail within 5 days of ordering.

The sole online retailer for Subbuteo stock is now Subbuteo World, based in Leeds, England. They stock a large amount of teams and accessories, their ordering process is somewhat 20th century, requiring you to send an e-mail asking for a stock check before you pay for the products online.

Take a look at the pages below for information on each of the components required to play this wonderful game!
